This role supports engineering and technology finance areas as the key finance contact for the engineering team.
The position involves managing monthly billing, preparing annual forecasts and budgets, and providing financial support.
Candidates should be part qualified or nearing the end of their studies with good technical knowledge of accounting principles.
The salary for this role is up to £50,000 depending on experience, with additional benefits including study support for CIMA/ACCA.

This role will support engineering and other technology finance areas. The main purpose of this role is to be the key finance contact for the engineering team and support the provision of timely and accurate management accounting and financial support, month end, reporting and preparation of forecast and annual budget for engineering departmental over heads, as well as ensuring project balances are billed to both internal and external customers.

Profile

Part qualified or nearing the end of studies
Good technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices
The ability to operate in a matrix organisation with multiple customers
Work towards tight deadlines
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Experience in SAP is desirable not essential
