Sales Advisor - Call Centre
Certain Advantage is hiring for Temp to Perm Sales Advisor's based in Ormskirk. If you are a confident Sales Advisor who likes a team environment and is driven by a target-based environment - this is the role for you! Great rate of pay and a fantastic central location.
The Company
We're working with a business that's a leading Marketing client based in Ormskirk town centre. If you're looking to be part of a forward-thinking and supportive client that values its people, then this is a great sales opportunity if you are looking to build a career in sales.
The Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Executive to join their busy existing sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills this is the perfect temp to perm role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Calling warm leads
- Generating appointments
- Overcoming objections and closing sales
- Working to daily calls targets and conversions each day
£13.18 an hour (£24,000 basic, plus uncapped commission). Shifts are working 9am-7pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 9am-3.30pm(35 hours a week)
Temp to perm contract. Great opportunity for role to go permanent
Start date ASAP
The Individual
- Previous experience in sales is advantageous but not essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident people that enjoy talking to people
- Attention to detail
- Results-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Money motivated
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software
