Job Title: Business Development Executive
Salary: £26,790 (Earning up to £45k with commission)
Location: Orpington ( full time on site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with management and motor vehicle businesses
- Developing strategic partnerships to promote the College’s apprenticeship programs
- Designing and implementing industry-aligned apprenticeship programmes
- Conducting outreach to attract apprentices and informing businesses of the benefits
- Providing ongoing support to apprentices and businesses to ensure success
- Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness
- Preparing and presenting reports on program outcomes and business engagement
Person Specification:
- Strong background in apprenticeships or the sales sector
- Experience in developing and managing apprenticeship programmes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
