Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships, driving business growth
- Lead tender submissions and secure new projects
- Mentor and supervise junior staff and graduate surveyors
- Provide expert advice on building surveying matters
- Prepare technical and financial reports, ensuring high-quality output
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the practice
- Maintain compliance with company policies, RICS standards, and health & safety regulations
- MRICS status preferred, with minimum 3 years PQE - Or a candidatenearing the completionof the MRICS qual
- Strong technical expertise in building surveying
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Resilient, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Access to a vehicle and a clean driving license
- Hybrid Role
Salary - 45,00 to 60,000 (DOE)
