In this role, you'll support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, assist students' learning, and help foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.You will be working closely with students who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), providing tailored support to help them access the curriculum and reach their full potential.This is a long-term role starting in September, with the potential to become a permanent position.What the school can offer:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students in and out of the classroom
  • Support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring all pupils are given the opportunity to succeed.
  • Assisting with lesson planning, classroom management, and providing a stimulating learning environment
