Our client is one of the world’s leading insurance brokerages, known for their entrepreneurial spirit and strong focus on client success. Their Orpington office is expanding, and they are on the lookout for a skilled Commercial Account Handler to support our growing portfolio.
Role Overview:
As a Commercial Account Handler, you will manage and develop a portfolio of SME and mid-market commercial clients, providing expert support on policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client queries, while ensuring compliance and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across various industries

Handle renewals, MTA’s, and new business quotes

Liaise with insurers to obtain competitive terms

Maintain accurate client records

Provide technical advice and support to clients

Support members of the team with client servicing and preparation of presentations

Ensure FCA compliance and maintain high professional standards
What We’re Looking For:

2-5 years’ experience in a similar commercial account handling role

Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products (e.g. property, liability, motor fleet, business interruption, etc.)

Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
-
Progress toward or completion of Cert CII (preferred)
-
Experience using Acturis (desirable)
