Housing Litigation Solicitor (NQ - 5 Years PQE) | Remote Working | Within 1.5 Hours of Kent

Are you a Housing Litigation Solicitor with solid experience in disrepair matters, looking for your next challenge? We're partnering with a reputable, forward-thinking law firm seeking a dedicated solicitor to join their Housing Litigation team. This role offers full remote working flexibility, ideal for those wanting to balance a busy caseload with lifestyle priorities.

About the Role:

You will manage a varied caseload primarily focused on housing litigation, with a strong emphasis on disrepair claims alongside possession proceedings, anti-social behaviour, and homelessness appeals. You will provide expert advice to landlords, housing associations, and local authorities, advocating for clients and ensuring high-quality case outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Solicitor, NQ to 5 years PQE in housing litigation
  • Must have demonstrable experience handling disrepair matters
  • Confident in court advocacy with a strong track record in possession claims and other housing litigation
  • Ability to manage cases independently and work remotely
  • Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach
  • Comfortable with technology and remote case management
  • Based within 1.5 hours of Kent to attend occasional client or court meetings if required
