Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Integrated Therapy Services team at Bromley Healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a multidisciplinary service supporting patients with complex care needs in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct moving and handling assessments, including documentation and risk assessments

  • Complete comprehensive OT assessments focused on bathing and equipment provision

  • Deliver complex moving and handling solutions, including the use of specialised equipment

  • Carry out seating assessments and recommend appropriate interventions

  • Set achievable and patient-centred goals to support independence

Key Requirements:

  • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

  • Car driver with access to own vehicle is essential

  • Complex moving and handling assessments

  • Risk assessments and documentation

  • Equipment and seating provision

  • Goal setting within a community or integrated care setting
