We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive SHEQ Manager to join our team supporting delivery on the Network Rail CP7 Southern Framework. This role will be responsible for leading SHEQ initiatives across civils and infrastructure projects throughout the Kent, Sussex, Wessex, and London routes, ensuring best practice and compliance in safety, environmental management, and quality systems.
The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting the business's commitment to continuous improvement and driving a proactive SHEQ culture across multiple project sites.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee SHEQ compliance across all CP7 Southern Framework projects

  • Ensure adherence to CDM 2015 and relevant H&S legislation

  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments

  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions

  • Promote a positive SHEQ culture across teams and subcontractors

  • Maintain ISO-aligned SHEQ management systems (9001, 14001, 45001)

  • Liaise with Network Rail and stakeholders on SHEQ matters


Essential Skills & Qualifications:


  • NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) - required

  • Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and UK safety legislation

  • Proven SHEQ experience in construction or rail infrastructure

  • Strong communication and auditing skills

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally

08:00am till 17:00pm
