Veritas Education is working on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Orpington, seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

The Role:
  • Supporting children with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties

  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning strategies

  • Assisting with classroom activities, sensory breaks, and emotional regulation support

  • Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment for all pupils

Requirements:
  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in a school setting

  • A calm, patient, and flexible approach

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A genuine passion for inclusive education

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
