A prestigious car showroom based in south London are currently seeking an reliable and proactive receptionist to provide exceptional service to guests and clients in their South London Showroom.
- Greet and assist guests and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
- Deliver excellent customer service in person and by phone, handling enquiries efficiently
- Prepare and serve refreshments (tea, coffee) to visitors and staff
- Manage incoming calls and route them promptly to the correct person or team
- Maintain a tidy showroom: load/empty the dishwasher and ensure presentation standards are met
