BMS Sales Manager

Are you a driven commercial leader with a passion for smart, sustainable buildings? We're supporting a major building automation business, in the search for an experienced BMS Sales Manager to strengthen their presence across Norway.

In this role, you'll take ownership of developing new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and driving the adoption of cutting-edge Building Management and energy optimisation solutions across commercial, industrial, and public-sector projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading sales activities for BMS, energy management, and smart building solutions across the Oslo region
  • Building strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Supporting tender processes, technical proposals, and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborating closely with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Helping shape the company's local growth strategy in a rapidly evolving market

Desired Experience:

  • Strong background in BMS, building automation, HVAC controls, or similar technical sales
  • Proven track record in solution selling within construction, building services, or automation
  • Ability to engage confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of sustainable buildings, digitalisation, and energy optimisation trends
  • Norwegian and English language skills
