Search recruitment are recruiting for a Creative Art Worker based in Wakefield Role Overview:We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Artworker to join our busy studio team. You'll be responsible for producing print-ready packaging artwork, digital assets, and visual concepts. The role includes quality-checking team output and supporting the Studio Manager to maintain high design and production standards.You'll collaborate with the in-house design team to adapt and enhance artwork, ensuring it meets brand guidelines and industry print standards. A passion for packaging design, excellent layout and typography skills, and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite are essential.3D rendering experience is a plus, as occasional 3D visualisation may be required.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:* Produce accurate, print-ready artwork for packaging and marketing materials.* Adapt and enhance designs while maintaining brand consistency.* Check and ensure quality of team artwork before final delivery.* Work across Flexo (Wide and Narrow Web) and Litho print processes.* Create digital assets for online use when required.* Collaborate with the team to solve creative and production challenges.________________________________________Key Skills & Requirements:* 2-3 years of experience in artwork creation (packaging focus preferred).* Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.* Advanced Photoshop skills for image retouching.* Experience with Mac OS and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).* Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.* Good communication skills and a strong team ethic.* Familiarity with reprographics and print production standards.* 3D rendering, illustration, or web asset creation is a plus.________________________________________Additional Details:* Job Type: Full-time* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM* Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience* Experience: 2-3 years in artwork or packaging design (required)* Licence: Valid UK driver's licence (required)* Language: Fluent English (required)Please send your CV to
