The Role of an AdministratorWe are currently seeking an Administrator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be confident and proactive individual to support a growing team. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients customers and will play a vital role in supporting operations.This role will suit someone with excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities of an Administrator

  • Test Centre Support: Manage bookings, check-in candidates, ensure ID compliance, and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service & Sales: Handle enquiries, prepare quotes, follow up on bookings, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Administration & Coordination: Support day-to-day office tasks, assist with training coordination, prepare materials, and liaise with trainers and accrediting bodies.
  • Market Support: Update social media and assist with promotional communications

The CandidateThe successfully appointed Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:

  • Background in administration or customer service
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection
  • Excellent communication skills
