Job Title: Bricklayer
Location: Oswestry
Duration: 4 Days
Rate: 26 - 28 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Requirements: EUSR Card
About the Role:
LRL are currently recruiting for an experienced Bricklayer to join a short-term project based in Oswestry. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure well-paid, short-term work with a respected contractor, with the potential for ongoing opportunities for reliable and skilled tradespeople.
You'll be working on a live site carrying out block and brick work as part of a wider civil engineering and utilities project. Attention to detail, reliability and a professional approach on site are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lay bricks, blocks, and other types of masonry in line with site specifications
Mix mortar by hand or with a mechanical mixer
Interpret blueprints and follow technical drawings
Maintain clean and safe working practices at all times
Work collaboratively with site teams and supervisors to meet daily targets
Adhere to all site safety protocols and LRL standards
Requirements:
Valid EUSR card (Essential)
Proven experience in bricklaying on civil or utility projects
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
