Recruit4Staff are pleased to be representing their client, a leading engineering company in their search for a Assembly Operative to work in their leading facility near Oswestry.
For the successful Assembly Operative, our client is offering:
- Competitive salary of up to £29,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday (Days 8am-5:15pm with a 1pm finish on Fridays) - 40 hours per week
- Permanent vacancies within a expanding business
- Overtime is paid at time/half over standard hours.
The Role - Assembly Operative:
- Assembling of products on to a range of vehicles
- Hydraulics work
- Working from drawings
- Use of hand and power tools
- Carrying out necessary repairs where required
- Installing different products to vehicles
- Shadowing more experienced Fitters
What our client is looking for in a Assembly Operative:
- Previous assembly experience using hand and power tools - ESSENTIAL
- Good Engineering knowledge
- Knowledge of Hydraulics
- Experienced working from engineering drawing
- Assembly experience working around Vehicles/Trailers/Lorries/Vehicle Bodies is highly advantageous
