This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a varied client portfolio, leading a team, and contributing to the ongoing success of a dynamic and growing firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors

  • Reviewing statutory accounts and providing high-level technical support

  • Leading and mentoring a team of junior staff

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Supporting senior management with business development activities

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards

Skills & Experience:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

  • At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment

  • Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of accounting standards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
