• Overseeing the daily service across restaurant and lounge areas
• Delivering a consistent and exceptional guest experience
• Supporting the management team in training and mentoring staff
• Resolving guest queries quickly and professionally
• Managing table plans and booking systems during service
• Ensuring cleanliness, order and presentation standards are upheld
