The Role:
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you'll handle a full caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Other general residential conveyancing transactions
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of two Fee Earners and two Assistants at the Oswestry office, with access to strong administrative support and resources to help you succeed.
About You:
- Ideally, you will be a qualified Solicitor with around 4+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- However, those with more or less experience will be considered based on suitability and team fit
- You’ll be able to hit the ground running, manage your own caseload with minimal supervision and work well in a collaborative team setting
