Location: Morecambe
Pay: £12.50 – £13.50 per hour
Monday to Friday Day Shifts (6am–3pm or 9am–6pm)

We’re on the lookout for a Trainee Paint Sprayer to join our busy manufacturing team. Experience is great, but not essential – we’re more interested in your attitude, character, and willingness to learn.

If you’ve got a solid work ethic, a positive personality, and you’re ready to get stuck in, we’d love to hear from you.

• Learning the ropes of paint spraying from the ground up

• Supporting the production team and keeping things running smoothly

• A reliable and hands-on team player

• Willingness to work and learn new skills

• Some familiarity with manufacturing tools is a plus (but not required)

• Monday to Friday (6am–3pm or 9am–6pm – may rotate or fix shifts depending on preference)

• Pay starting at £12.50–£13.50 per hour

• Opportunities to move into shift work in the future
