Bond Recruit are currently working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the UK.

The company have a solid reputation and have an enviable forward order book of UK building projects.

Current projects range from £50m to £300m+ and include residential new build, mixed use development, hospitals, and university buildings.

The Role
Site manager  –  £Multi - million steel frame project.
Ideal candidate will be a site manager with a strong internals background.
They are looking to appoint a Site Manager to be based on site.
The Site Manager will report to the Project Manager and will have management responsibility across a variety of internal trades packages.
You will be part of a collaborative team, liaising with construction, design and commercial colleagues.
You will be one of two site managers leading and delivering the internal trade packages on the project.

Candidates will need to have relevant experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor on projects of a similar scope and scale.

A degree or similar qualification if preferred.
