Description
- Manage financial records and transactions related to property management.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and financial plans.
- Monitor the performance of financial operations.
- Identify opportunities for financial improvement and implement strategies.
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
- Participate in financial standard setting and forecast process.
Profile
A successful Property Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an accounting role within the transport & distribution industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills with a thorough understanding of financial forecasting and diagnosis.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
