Your day-to-day will involve:* Preparing audit files, planning, and assisting with fieldwork * Gradually taking on more responsibility and leading smaller audits * Supervising and mentoring junior team members * Balancing audit-focused work with opportunities to prepare accounts and manage your own workload efficiently * Reporting directly to seniors, managers, and partners to ensure high standards and client satisfaction **What you'll need to succeed as Audit Semi-Senior** To excel in this role, you'll need more than just technical qualifications. We are looking for someone who:* Is ACCA/ACA part-qualified with 1-2 years of UK Audit practice experience * Holds a university degree (minimum 2:1) or equivalent qualifications * Has experience with Xero, Sage, Caseware, and CCH (advantageous) * Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and strong IT skills, particularly in Excel * Possesses a positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills * Enjoys working collaboratively within a team and can prioritise tasks effectively **What's next?** If you're ready to take the next step in your audit career with a firm that values its people and offers clear paths for progression, we want to hear from you.
