Your day-to-day will involve:* Preparing audit files, planning, and assisting with fieldwork * Gradually taking on more responsibility and leading smaller audits * Supervising and mentoring junior team members * Balancing audit-focused work with opportunities to prepare accounts and manage your own workload efficiently * Reporting directly to seniors, managers, and partners to ensure high standards and client satisfaction **What you'll need to succeed as Audit Semi-Senior** To excel in this role, you'll need more than just technical qualifications.
