- Prepare accurate statutory accounts in compliance with relevant regulations
- Manage and develop client relationships, acting as a trusted financial advisor
- Supervise and mentor junior and semi-senior staff, supporting their progression
- Produce management accounts and deliver insights to help clients make informed decisions
- Offer tax planning and advisory services to both individuals and companies
- Collaborate with clients to implement tailored growth strategies
- ACA/ACCA qualified (QBE considered), with at least four years of experience in a UK accountancy practice
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex data and multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and client-facing
- Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic practice environment
- Confident using a range of accounting software including IRIS, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
