Are you a highly organised, proactive individual with a knack for supporting a successful team? Our client, a leading player in the property industry, is on the lookout for an Operations Coordinator (Office Manager / PA to Office Head) to join their prestigious office in Summertown. This is your chance to work with one of the most successful residential sales teams in the region!

What You'll Do:
As the central point of coordination, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing an exceptional client experience and managing inbound communications
  • Coordinating the onboarding of new clients
  • Creating marketing collateral to showcase Oxfordshire's finest homes
  • Maintaining databases and compliance systems
  • Handling accounting tasks, including sales invoices and monthly reconciliations
  • Overseeing office facilities, IT coordination, and health & safety protocols
  • Collaborating closely with Operations teams across the Cotswolds
  • organising and attending team and client events

Who You Are:
