The successful Operations Administrator will:
- Strategically planning and managing logistics, transportation, and customer services
- Directing, optimising and coordinating the full order cycle
- Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
- Meeting cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
- Maintaining metrics and analysing data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Overseeing inventory control and manage order fulfilment
- Managing activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, planning, and control processes
