A vibrant and diverse primary school in the heart of Oxford's Cowley Road is looking for a caring and committed Behaviour Specialist to work 1:1 with a Year 5 pupil from now until the end of the summer term - with the potential for a longer-term opportunity.

The Role:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 support to a Year 5 pupil with behavioural needs.

  • Work closely with class teachers, SENCo, and support teams to create a safe, structured, and positive environment.

  • Use positive behaviour strategies, restorative approaches, and personalised interventions to help the child thrive.

  • Model the school's core values: Tolerance, Respect, Community, Kindness, Democracy, and Inspiration.

About You:

  • Experienced in supporting children with social, emotional, or behavioural needs.

  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient with a nurturing approach.
