We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to play a key role in supporting high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and precision fluid delivery systems used across a range of sectors—from drug discovery and biomolecular purification to high-pressure chemistry and supercritical fluid applications.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HPLC and chromatography purification systems at customer sites.

  • Diagnose performance issues and carry out preventative maintenance to ensure instruments operate at peak accuracy.

  • Provide technical support and calibration services to research labs and industrial facilities.

  • Build lasting customer relationships by delivering expert service and guidance on system performance and optimization.

  • Travel across multiple client locations (up to 75%) to ensure continuous operation of mission-critical analytical equipment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a strong analytical and technical mindset, ideally with:

  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.

  • Hands-on experience in analytical instrumentation, particularly HPLC systems or similar chromatography technologies.

  • The ability to troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate laboratory equipment.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • A valid driver’s licence and flexibility for travel.
