We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to play a key role in supporting high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and precision fluid delivery systems used across a range of sectors—from drug discovery and biomolecular purification to high-pressure chemistry and supercritical fluid applications.
What You’ll DoAs a Field Service Engineer, you’ll:
Install, maintain, and repair HPLC and chromatography purification systems at customer sites.
Diagnose performance issues and carry out preventative maintenance to ensure instruments operate at peak accuracy.
Provide technical support and calibration services to research labs and industrial facilities.
Build lasting customer relationships by delivering expert service and guidance on system performance and optimization.
Travel across multiple client locations (up to 75%) to ensure continuous operation of mission-critical analytical equipment.
We’re seeking someone with a strong analytical and technical mindset, ideally with:
A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
Hands-on experience in analytical instrumentation, particularly HPLC systems or similar chromatography technologies.
The ability to troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A valid driver’s licence and flexibility for travel.
