I'm working with a highly regarded architecture practice who are seeking an experienced Architect with proven RIBA Stage 4 delivery experience to join their team.

This role will see you working on detailed technical design packages across a range of exciting projects, collaborating closely with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams. You'll play a key part in taking concept designs through to fully coordinated, buildable solutions.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading on the production of Stage 4 design and technical drawing packages.

• Coordinating with structural, M&E, and other consultants.

• Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and technical standards.

• Supporting project delivery through the later design stages.

What we're looking for:

• Fully qualified Architect (ARB registered).

• Strong experience working at RIBA Stage 4.

• Proficiency in Revit (essential).

• Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
