Konker is seeking a Part 1 Architectural Assistant for a small architectural practice in Oxford, starting in Summer 2025.

Konker is working with a small, award-winning architectural practice in Oxford to help them find a Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join their team this summer.With a close-knit team of 8 people, the studio offers a supportive environment for graduates who are eager to learn and grow. They’re looking for someone enthusiastic and proactive, with a passion for sustainability and a desire to work on thoughtful, low-energy architecture.The practice is known for its work in Passivhaus and sustainable design, and its portfolio includes commercial refurbishments, private residential projects, and listed building renovations. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of project types and stages — a great opportunity to build experience in real-world architecture.To Be Considered:- Part 1 Architectural Assistant

A Part 1 graduate available to start in Summer 2025.
A keen interest in low-energy and sustainable design, with some awareness of Passivhaus principles.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Confidence using architectural software (Revit or similar), with the ability to learn quickly on the job.
A genuine desire to contribute to a collaborative studio and develop your practical skillset.

The Role: Part 1 Architectural Assistant

Mentorship and hands-on learning from experienced architects and technicians.
A broad range of projects across all RIBA stages.
Hybrid working – office-based with flexibility, including core hours and support for work-life balance.
