  • Provide expert advice on the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations to clients and internal teams.
  • Review design plans for regulatory compliance and manage submissions for approval.
  • Attend client and design meetings to deliver proactive, professional advice.
  • Conduct technical inspections and site reviews at key project milestones.
  • Lead the development of new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
  • Support the growth, development, and commercial success of the compliance team.
  The Person:
  • Experience as a principal designer with knowledge of the Building Regulations and associated legislation
  • Background in Building Control, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline.
