Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects with strong leadership skills, guiding colleagues through technical project requirements.
- Demonstrate proficiency in design and technical detailing, with Revit experience considered an essential asset.
- Express ideas effectively through various forms of communication.
- Prepare comprehensive technical drawings and specifications to ensure project success.
- Tackle challenges with a practical and methodical approach, while maintaining strict adherence to budgets and deadlines.
- Manage planning applications and navigate Building Regulations with ease.
- Conduct onsite inspections of building work to maintain quality and standards.
