We are seeking talented and experienced CDP-level chefs to support premium catering operations at the Cornbury House Horse Trials an elite event attracting VIP guests and Cotswolds' finest.
You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment delivering exceptional quality food with a team of dedicated hospitality professionals.
Your responsibilities:
Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard
Maintaining hygiene and kitchen safety standards
Supporting the senior chef team in all aspects of service
Adapting to a high-volume but high-quality catering service
Youll bring:
Solid kitchen experience (CDP level or higher)
A calm, can-do attitude under pressure
Flexibility and attention to detail
Impeccable hygiene and presentation
