About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join their busy and professional kitchen team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes, maintaining excellent standards, and supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage your designated kitchen section, ensuring high standards of preparation, cooking and presentation.
Assist senior chefs in delivering consistent, high-quality food for daily service and special events.
Support and guide junior kitchen staff where needed.
Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times.
Monitor stock, assist with deliveries, and ensure proper storage and rotation.
Work flexibly across different sections during busy periods.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role within a fast-paced kitchen.
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or event shifts when required.
