What You'll Be Doing as a Head Chef:

• Leading a high-performing kitchen team with confidence and care
• Making sure every dish leaves the pass looking spot-on and tasting amazing
• Training, developing, and motivating your crew to be their best
• Running smooth, efficient shiftseven when its busy
• Keeping the kitchen safe, clean, and fully compliant

What Were Looking For in a Head Chef:

• A proven leader from a Head Chef or Senior Sous background
• Passionate about food, people, and creating a great team culture
• Calm under pressure and great at problem-solving
• A natural motivator who leads by example
• Strong with numberscomfortable with stock, cost control, and hitting KPIs
