An innovative and forward thinking scientific manufacturing company are looking for motivated and hard working individuals to join their growing team as Laboratory Production Operatives, based in Oxford (OX2).

This is a temporary role for 6 months initially, with good prospects to convert to permanent in 2026. Hours of work are 2pm-10pm (Mon-Fri), for at least the first 6 months.

Working in manufacturing laboratory within a small friendly team, the Laboratory Production Operative involves operating and maintaining different equipment including a lot of pipetting, a bit of light assembly as well quality checking then packaging and labelling of products ready to send out to customers all over the world.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with good communication skills and will have some experience in either a laboratory setting, adhering to GMP/GLP and being confident and accurate with pipetting.
