Business Development Manager (Power Supplies)

Long Crendon

£50,000 DOE (£80,000+ OTE) + Commission + Bonus

Are you a Business Development Manager or similar with a background in power supplies looking to be at the forefront of the growth strategy in a role that combines technical sales, strategic relationship building, and market development?

Do you want to join one of the UK's leading power supply specialists whose vast product portfolio that includes AC/DC power supplies, LED drivers, and battery chargers, and serve sectors ranging from industrial and lighting to medical and automation?

In this role, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base

This role would suit an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth, develop key accounts, and expand market presence in a rapidly evolving sector.

The Role

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key verticals.
  • Build and manage relationships with OEMs, installers, and distributors.
  • Attend trade shows, customer visits, and site meetings across the UK.

The Person

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (ideally in electronics, lighting, or power supplies).
  • A solid understanding of power supply technology (AC/DC, LED drivers, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel (UK-wide).
