The successful candidate will have proven experience being instructed on a wide range of commercial, educational, and residential projects, including working with clients such as multinational financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
聽
路Conduct condition, measured, and dilapidation surveys across commercial, residential, and educational properties.
路Diagnose building defects, prepare technical reports, and provide costed recommendations for remedial works.
路Prepare schedules of condition, schedules of dilapidation, and planned preventative maintenance schedules.
路Undertake project management duties, including contract administration and overseeing refurbishment and repair projects.
路Provide professional advice on property and construction matters, including building regulations and compliance.
路Build and maintain strong client relationships, including with high-profile organisations such as multinational financial institutions.
路Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and local authorities.

Key Requirement:

路MRICS Chartered status
路Demonstrable experience in building surveying across commercial, residential, and educational projects.
路Strong knowledge of building pathology, construction technology, and building regulations.
路Experience in contract administration and project management.
