Foreman (Carpentry Background Preferred) - Oxford Surrounding Areas
Our client is looking for an experienced Foreman, ideally with a carpentry background, to join their team on a full-time basis.
Location: Oxford and surrounding areas, covering multiple nearby sites
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: 240-220 per day (depending on experience)
Perks: Van and fuel card provided
Requirements: Must hold a valid SSSTS certification
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations across multiple sites
Supervising teams and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
Managing site health & safety
Liaising with project managers and reporting progress
Ideal Candidate:
Strong carpentry background (preferred)
Previous experience in a foreman or supervisory role
Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple teams
