Are you an organised and proactive Master Scheduler looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a highly organised individual to join a growing manufacturing business in Oxfordshire, supporting manufacturing projects from order right through to delivery.

The Business;
Based in Oxfordshire, this company operates in the fast-paced world of motorsport, automotive, defence and aerospace. Specialising in multi-axis CNC machining and advanced engineering, they provide precision machined tooling solutions to some of the most demanding industries, with a strong focus on quality and fast turnaround turnkey projects.

The Role;

As Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and on time. You will be responsible for planning and managing schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring on-time delivery of products. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work confidently across multiple departments and directly with customers.

What we need from you;

  • Plan, monitor and manage project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Release projects, procure materials, oversee consignment stock, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers, from purchase order through to delivery.
