We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Wayleave Officer to join a well established team.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of significant construction projects and be an integral part of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and secure wayleave agreements for utility installations and infrastructure projects.

  • Communicate with landowners, local authorities, and utility companies to gain necessary permissions.

  • Manage wayleave documentation and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.

  • Provide expert advice on wayleave procedures and resolve any issues or disputes that arise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in wayleave management, land acquisition, or a similar role, ideally within construction or utilities.

  • Strong understanding of wayleave agreements, legal requirements, and the UK construction sector.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
