  • Covering maternity leave for 12-13 months, starting ASAP.
  • Following the pre-written annual L&D strategy and ensuring successful execution.
  • Managing and guiding the existing L&D team.
  • Overseeing L&D initiatives across multiple countries, ensuring consistency.
  • Managing a budget, ensuring promises made are fulfilled to meet employees' high demand for learning opportunities.
  • Conducting slight forecasting to review completed initiatives, identify gaps, and plan for the next financial year.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a senior L&D role within a large, complex organisation.
  • A track record of delivering results in high-growth environments.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a team of advisers/coordinators, providing the guidance needed to foster their growth and success.
  • Able to operate or previously operated in an early-stage maturity L&D function.
