We're working with a global business which is behind some of the world's most successful luxury brands. We're on the lookout for a commercially and strategically focused Data & Analytics Manager for a 9-month fixed-term contract.

This is a pivotal role that will sit at the heart of strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the Group to deliver insight and data solutions that enable smarter, faster decisions across Marketing, CRM, Digital, and Operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of a centralised reporting and analytics roadmap, aligned with company-wide objectives and regional business needs.Act as a bridge between technical data functions and non-technical commercial teams, translating business challenges into measurable insight.Build and deploy self-service reporting capabilities, empowering local teams to work more independently with data.Create and manage a unified set of core business KPIs, working to standardise reporting across multiple international markets.Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data Engineering teams to define business requirements, improve data accessibility, and support platform delivery.Champion data quality, accessibility, governance, and literacy across the Group.

What You'll Bring:Proven experience in a senior data or analytics role within a fast-paced, matrixed organisation (ideally multi-market and consumer-facing).Project management experience, with a track record of delivering cross-functional data or reporting initiatives on time and to specification.Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect technical data concepts with strategic business outcomes.Hands-on expertise in business intelligence tools (such as Power BI), cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Azure, Snowflake), and SQL.Strong understanding of data governance best practices, with experience building data frameworks that scale.Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Digital, and IT.
