Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm working hours.
As aConveyancing Assistant, you will support fee earners in theResidential Conveyancing teamwith the following:
Assisting in handlingsales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Preparing draft contracts, legal documents, and managing post-completion work.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and lenders to ensure a smooth process.
ConductingAML checksand managing case files using modern case management systems.
Supporting withLand Registry applications and SDLT submissions.
The successful candidate will:
Haveexperience in residential conveyancing, supporting fee earners with transactions.
Be highly organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Have excellent communication and client care skills.
Be familiar withcase management systemsand digital conveyancing processes.
Thrive in asupportive and collaborative teamwith a proactive approach.
