Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS framework
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, identifying next steps and ensuring all children make strong early progress
- Promote positive behaviour, routines and a nurturing classroom culture
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an engaging, well-organised and inclusive learning environment
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and the wider school community
