We're looking for a dedicated Mental Health Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) primary school near Summertown in Oxford.

About the Role:You'll be working closely with children aged 5 to 11 who need extra support managing their emotions, building trust, and accessing learning in a nurturing environment. This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful connections with young people who may have struggled in mainstream settings.

What You'll Be Doing:? Supporting students in the classroom, one-to-one and in small groups? Helping pupils regulate emotions, build confidence and develop positive routines? Working alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff? Using creative, engaging approaches to learning and behaviour support
