We're working with a privately owned building services provider to recruit an experienced Electrical Lead Engineer for a high-profile commercial site in the Oxford area. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the maintenance of landlord systems at a flagship site, working with modern plant and a professional site team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance of landlord plant and electrical systems
  • Carry out PPMs and fault-finding on lighting, power, distribution boards, and control panels
  • Provide support with mechanical systems (pumps, motors, HVAC plant, etc.)
  • Manage contractors and liaise with site teams
  • Ensure compliance with all H&S, statutory and operational procedures
  • Keep maintenance records up to date via CAFM system

Requirements:

  • Electrically qualified (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition)
  • Good mechanical understanding of building services plant
  • Experience in commercial maintenance, ideally in a client-facing environment
  • Proactive, organised, and able to lead by example
