Senior Mechanical Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our high-performing MEP team in Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong engineer to deliver creative building services solutions and help lead the next phase of sustainable design and delivery.

The Role
As a senior member of the team, you'll lead mechanical design delivery across diverse projects, from feasibility through to site inspections. You'll manage client relationships, mentor junior staff, and help shape the future of our services through innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Develop mechanical designs and feasibility studies across multiple sectors
Lead and support project delivery, from early-stage concepts to construction phase
Supervise junior engineers and technicians, providing mentoring and direction
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Ensure projects meet client expectations, technical standards, and programme goals
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
Support Associate-level staff with workload planning and client engagement

What We're Looking For
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
Working towards, or already achieved, Chartered Engineer status (CEng)
Solid experience in the construction and renewables sector
Strong project delivery and team supervision skills
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Passionate about quality, sustainability, and innovation in design
