We are seeking an Electrician for a contract position in social housing properties around Oxford.
The role offers an hourly pay rate between £25 and £27, with weekly payments and long-term work available for up to 4 years.
Responsibilities include remedial, test and inspection work, fault finding, and responsive repairs in both tenanted and void properties.
Candidates must have the 18th edition and 2391 or equivalent qualifications, with experience in electrical repairs and maintenance.

We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties in Oxford and surrounding areas. This is a contract position with weekly pay and long term work available. This role consists of remedial, test and inspection works in tenanted and voids housing properties.

The Electrician will receive:

Pay on hourly rate between 25 and 27.
Long term contract work - up to 4 years
Weekly pay
Paid call out 1 in 3/4 weeks
Pension scheme
Company van & fuel card
23 days holiday & bank holiday - option to buy and sell holiday

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

Carrying out fault finding & responsive repairs
Repairing MCB - circuit breakers, small electrical repairs, switches, recertification.
Remedial work within void and tenanted properties
Working from job tickets or a handheld device
