Interim Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Oxford/Work from home
Salary: £30,000 + completion bonus
We are looking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Manager in delivering a major project. This role is fully remote but will require attendance at weekly meetings to determine progress against key deliverables for client delivery in this fast-moving and deadline driven industry.

The Role:
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in delivering a first-class service to hiring managers and candidates along the whole recruitment journey, ensuring all parties are dealt with professionally, efficiently and in line with best practice
- Creating talent pipelines across the UK by way of recruitment tools, social media, job boards, referrals, etc.
- Volume screening of candidate’s applications and assessing suitability against available roles
- Monitoring and searching candidate databases to identify potential candidates
- Conducting telephone screening against set criteria
- Booking and confirming interviews both with candidates, Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers
- Maintaining consistent lines of communication with all candidates ensuring they are kept up to date with all developments
- Handling general queries via calls, messages and emails
- Manage tracker with updates as roles progress
- General administration duties to ensure continued GDPR compliance and confirmation of Right to Work eligibility
The Person:
- Previous experience within a fast-moving recruitment, talent acquisition or HR function
- Must have worked supporting a high-volume, high-quality customer services, or call centre project
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Previous resourcing skills using job boards, social media, and referrals
- Engaging & energetic communicator, with excellent written & verbal communication skills
- IT literate, especially with MS Office and, ideally, with an ATS
- A genuine passion for customer service and exceptional client delivery
- Experience of working remotely/working from home
- Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines
- Have a flexible, adaptable approach and willingness to learn new skills.
